ABOUT

„Yukon‘s Butcher“

I was raised in my Parents Butcher Shop in Germany and I'm the 5th generation Butcher in my family, the tradition goes far back into the 20th and even 19th century. I Was working with my dad when I was as young as 13 years old and started my official apprenticeship when I was 16. In 2013 I graduated with a journeyman ticket after 3 years, right after I put my application in for the masters title. Once I was accepted, I finished my masters with one of the best. After Working for a few years in Germany I decided to move to Canada in 2015 and bring the tradition to North America. Now you can find us in the heart of the Yukon Territory.
